Privacy Policy

ECOSEND LLC processes customer information for order management, support, and security purposes. This page explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, password hash, and store or business details. During order processing, we may also process recipient names, shipping addresses, product selections, and order notes.

For service security, we may retain session details, error logs, activity logs, and rate-limit records. These records help us prevent unauthorized access, reduce abuse, and maintain service quality.

Why We Process Data

  • To provide account creation, authentication, and customer support workflows.
  • To deliver order, design, invoice, shipment, and store-integration features.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations, maintain accounting records, and resolve disputes.

Payment Information

When card payments are enabled on our site, payment credentials are collected through a PCI-compliant payment processor. ECOSEND LLC does not directly handle or store full card data.

We may store limited payment metadata such as payment status, amount, currency code, and processor reference identifiers needed for accounting and support.

Pinterest Integration

If you choose to connect a Pinterest account, Podinfly uses Pinterest's OAuth authorization-code flow. You sign in and grant access on Pinterest's own website, and Pinterest redirects you back to Podinfly with a one-time authorization code. Our server exchanges that code for an access token and refresh token.

Podinfly does not ask for, see, or store your Pinterest password or session cookies. Pinterest access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to provide the Pinterest features you choose to use.

The Pinterest integration accesses the following information and permissions:

  • Account information (user_accounts:read): We read your Pinterest username and account ID so you can see which Pinterest account is connected to Podinfly.
  • Boards (boards:read, boards:write): We read the list of boards on your connected Pinterest account so you can choose where an approved Pin will be published. The boards:write permission is included as part of Pinterest's Create Pin workflow. Podinfly does not create, rename, or delete Pinterest boards on your behalf.
  • Pins (pins:write, pins:read): We use pins:write to create Pins that you have individually reviewed and approved. The pins:read permission is included as part of the permission set specified by Pinterest for the Create Pin workflow.

Pinterest Data Use and Retention

Pin titles, descriptions, images, and destination links are prepared from product information in your Podinfly account and your connected shop. A Pin is published only after you review it, choose a destination board, and explicitly approve it for immediate or scheduled publication.

Podinfly limits publishing to a maximum of 10 Pins per connected account per day. Each approved Pin is submitted for publication only once.

We do not sell Pinterest data. We may use infrastructure and service providers as necessary to host, operate, secure, and maintain Podinfly. Those providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us and are subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

While your Pinterest account remains connected, Podinfly stores the encrypted OAuth credentials required to maintain the connection and the Podinfly records necessary to provide the publishing and scheduling features.

If you select "Disconnect" in Podinfly, the stored Pinterest OAuth tokens are deleted from our systems and any Pins that have not yet been published are returned to an unpublished state. You can also revoke Podinfly's access at any time through your Pinterest account settings.

Cookies and Ad Measurement

If you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) are loaded; if you reject or make no choice, nothing is loaded. These tools measure the pages you visit and account sign-ups so we can see which campaigns our ads work for. The providers may process this data on servers outside your country.

Your name, email address or phone number is never added to these measurement events, and the tools do not run on sign-in, sign-up or password pages.

If you arrive through a campaign-tagged link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and allow cookies, those three values are kept in the pf_ilk_kaynak cookie for 90 days; if you create an account, they are saved once to your account as its "first source".

You can withdraw consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page; when you do, these cookies are deleted from your browser.

Retention and Sharing

Data is retained for as long as it is needed to provide the service and for any period required by law. Service providers are limited to infrastructure, email, payment, and logistics vendors that help us operate the platform.

For privacy requests, contact info@podinfly.com or our support phone line. We review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
