Production Timelines
Production time for print-on-demand items may vary by product type, color selection, and seasonal volume. Standard orders typically enter production after order confirmation and ship once manufacturing is complete.
Custom artwork may require additional review time if uploaded files need validation or manual checks. Estimated timelines shown in the order flow are informational only.
Shipment and Delivery
- Transit estimates are calculated from the date the shipment is handed to the carrier; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Delivery timelines may change based on destination country, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier congestion.
- Incomplete or inaccurate recipient details may cause delays and additional charges.
- When available, a tracking number is provided in the dashboard or order communication.
International Deliveries
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific documents may be the recipient's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Some destinations may be unavailable due to export restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations.
Undeliverable Orders
If a shipment is returned because of an address error, recipient refusal, or carrier decision, we review whether reshipment or a partial refund is available based on the order status.
