Payment Information

When card payments are enabled on your site, payment credentials are collected through a PCI-compliant payment processor. ECOSEND LLC does not directly handle or store full card data.

We may store limited payment metadata such as payment status, amount, currency code, and processor reference identifiers needed for accounting and support.

Retention and Sharing

Data is retained for as long as it is needed to provide the service and for any period required by law. Service providers are limited to infrastructure, email, payment, and logistics vendors that help us operate the platform.
