Service Scope

ECOSEND LLC provides operational tools such as Etsy integration, order management, design tracking, fulfillment workflows, and reporting. Available features may vary based on your plan and the modules enabled for your account.

Account access is restricted by roles such as customer, operation, and admin. You are responsible for securing your credentials and reporting unauthorized access promptly.

Billing and Promotional Terms

All plans and payment screens display the billing amount together with the currency code.
If promotions, trials, or coupon campaigns are active, their start and end conditions are presented before checkout.
The standard renewal price after a promotion ends is visible on the checkout or proposal screen.
When recurring subscriptions are enabled, cancellation, downgrade, or renewal information remains accessible to the customer.

Restricted Use and Export Controls

The platform may not be used for unlawful goods, sanctioned persons or territories, copyright infringement, fraud, or high-risk financial abuse.

Customers are responsible for using the service in compliance with local trade, export, consumer-protection, and tax rules. Accounts may be restricted or suspended when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

ECOSEND LLC applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in situations outside its control such as third-party outages, carrier delays, or marketplace changes.
