Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled in full within 2 hours of placement. Because print-on-demand production begins quickly, cancellations requested after this window may not be possible. Orders already in production, print, or shipment are reviewed only for manufacturing defects or damage.

For subscription plans, the next billing cycle can be canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date through the dashboard or a support request. Past billing periods are non-refundable.

Eligible Returns

• Incorrect items, print defects, manufacturing issues, or products damaged in transit qualify for a return, replacement, or refund review.
• Buyer-remorse returns for custom-made items are not accepted.
• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may fall outside our review scope.

Return Process

To open a request, provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. Our support team reviews each case within 2 business days and confirms whether a remake, partial refund, or full refund applies.

If an approved case requires a physical return, shipping instructions are shared by support. In some cases a resolution may be provided without requiring the item to be sent back.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The exact timing depends on the card network and issuing bank.
