Production time for print-on-demand items may vary by product type, color selection, and seasonal volume. Standard orders typically enter production after order confirmation and ship once manufacturing is complete.
Custom artwork may require additional review time if uploaded files need validation or manual checks. Estimated timelines shown in the order flow are informational only.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific documents may be the recipient's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Some destinations may be unavailable due to export restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations.
If a shipment is returned because of an address error, recipient refusal, or carrier decision, we review whether reshipment or a partial refund is available based on the order status.
